Jason McCaslin (Bass)
Trupa e din Ajax, canada ji a fost infiintata in 1995. Numele "Sum41" provine din faptul ca Deryck Whibley (voce, kitara) si Steve Jocz (tobe) au infiintata truap dupa 41 de zile dupa inceperea verii. 
Dave Baksh (kitara, voce) a parasit trupa in 2006. Primele mel sunt orientata spre Fun-Punk.

Albumul "Chuck" nu e Fun-Punk, versurile sunt mai mature, Punk, cu influente spre Metal.
In 15. Iulie 2006 s-a insurat cu Avril Lavigne.
Pe 10. Noiembrie cik si-au lansat un nou album.
